These terms apply to purchases of the e-book Build Your Own Automation: A Step-by-Step n8n Workbook for Small Businesses and Online Sellers, No Coding Required and the included Automation Map template (together, "the Product") from skytekpress.com.
1. Who we are
The Product is published by Skytek Tekstil Elektronik Teknoloji Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Skytek", "we", "us"), publishing as Skytek Press (Skytek Yayınları in Türkiye), Işıktepeosb Mahallesi Park Caddesi No:8, Nilüfer, Bursa, Türkiye. Email: skytek@skytek.live.
2. Our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns.
3. The Product
The Product is a digital download: an e-book in PDF format and an Excel template. Nothing is shipped. The book's screenshots and prices were tested with n8n 2.x in September–October 2026. Third-party services such as n8n, Gmail and Google Sheets may change their screens, features and prices after that date.
The Product does not include an n8n subscription or any other third-party service. n8n Cloud is a paid service with a free trial, offered and billed by n8n directly.
4. Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link, usually within a few minutes. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then write to skytek@skytek.live.
5. Updates
If we correct or update the edition you bought, you can download the corrected edition at no extra cost. Corrections are listed at skytekpress.com.
6. License
When you buy the Product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may:
- use the e-book and the template in your own business, together with your employees;
- fill in the template for a client and give them the result.
You may not share, copy, resell, sublicense or publicly post the e-book or the blank template, in whole or in part. All rights not expressly granted remain with Skytek.
7. No professional advice, no income promise
The Product is educational. It is not legal, tax, financial or data protection advice. We do not promise any income, savings or business results. The time-saving examples in the book are calculations based on our own use; your results depend on your business.
8. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the automations you build, for the data they process, and for complying with the laws and the third-party terms that apply to your business.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Trademarks
n8n, Gmail, Google Sheets and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. The Product is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, n8n GmbH or Google.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date of your order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
