When does my order arrive?
After your payment is confirmed you receive an email with your files, usually within a few minutes. Check your spam folder first; nothing after 24 hours? Write to skytek@skytek.live.
Who processes my payment?
Our reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Your receipt comes from Paddle.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final because the files are delivered instantly. Read the free sample first.
A file doesn't open
Write to skytek@skytek.live and we will send you a working copy.
I found an error in a book
Tell us at skytek@skytek.live. Corrections are listed on each book's page and on the updates page.
Can I use a template for a client?
Yes, you may fill in a template for a client and give them the result. See our License.
